Temperature profiles from thermal camera and numerical simulations for 16–65 nm gold nanorods irradiated with an 808 nm laser and deposited in a water-filled PETG chamber

This dataset compares experimental results obtained using a T600 Infiray thermal camera with a theoretical model describing energy conversion in laser-irradiated gold nanorods, where plasmonic heating is the dominant mechanism. The data are organized into two columns: the first represents the distance from the bottom to the top of the chamber measured along the outer wall, and the second represents the temperature in degrees Celsius. The figure shows the raw thermal image with the corresponding measurement line overlaid.
