Lobster export value Indonesia 2014-2022

In 2022, Indonesia exported around 25.7 million U.S. dollars worth of lobster, showing a decrease from the previous year. The production of lobster larvae in Indonesia is concentrated around the northern coasts of Java and Lombok islands. Since 2011, tropical spiny lobster (Panulirus homarus) farming has been a fast-growing business in Lombok.
