Version-locked supporting data and reproducibility code for a global Acinetobacter baumannii antimicrobial-resistance surveillance analysis and the manuscript "Annotation-coverage bias limits antimicrobial-resistance inference from global Acinetobacter baumannii genomes". The deposit contains the 11,287-record accession-level master cohort, denominator audits, three-tool concordance outputs, comparator-normalized phenotype benchmarks, 140,000 paired-bootstrap rows, observation-coverage and partial-identification analyses, leave-country and leave-clone transportability results, Bayesian G3 summaries, execution-trace notebooks, publication figures and release-quality checks. No new sequence data were generated. Public source accessions point to BV-BRC and NCBI; no identifiable participant information or private clinical records are included.
