Demo datasets for the protocol of OpenFISH for same-section single-cell-spatial transcriptomics and metabolomics with MALDI-MSI

This dataset provides demo data for testing the OpenFISH-MALDI protocol and related codes. Below are the descriptions for each file: - Demo_20uM_A3_R1_depth.czi, Demo_20uM_A3_R2_depth.czi, Demo_20uM_A3_DIC_depth.czi: raw image data for decoding.- CodingBook.CSV: codebook used for decoding.- a3-8um-root mean square.ibd and a3-8um-root mean square.imzML: MALDI-MSI data in imzML format.- transformation_matrix.xlsx: a pre-generated affine matrix created using Napari.- A3_raw_sdata.zarr.zip: full-size decoded dataset with 11 cycles.
