Wessex Archaeology Image Archive

A digital archive of site photographs taken by Wessex Archaeology during the course of fieldwork carried out in the Wiltshire and Hampshire areas. This is a pilot project but may eventually be extended to include other counties. A selection and retention process is carried out on the images before submission to the ADS via the OASIS form. All sites with images will have an associated OASIS record (and associated grey literature report in the Grey Literature Library) so the metadata displayed in the web interface can be generated directly from OASIS.
