Clinic base study to assess capillary and venipuncture specimens agreement.Two independent, blinded readers, and in the case of disagreement, a third reader, interpreted the results of each blood sample.
Discrepant sample pairs were tested with an enzyme immunoassay, the reference standard, at the Institute Pasteur of Cambodia.
421 pairs of samples were collected. Results and study data have been collected using REDCap electronic data capture tools hosted at MSF-Epicentre

柬埔寨基于临床的研究，旨在展示毛细血管和静脉血液样本在Hepatitis-C病毒SD Bioline©快速检测中的诊断一致性：一项关于毛细血管和静脉穿刺标本一致性评估的研究。该研究涉及两位独立的、盲法评估的阅读者，在出现分歧的情况下，由第三位阅读者对每一份血液样本的结果进行解读。对于存在差异的样本对，均在柬埔寨巴斯德研究所使用酶联免疫吸附测定法，即参考标准进行检测。共收集了421对样本。研究结果和研究所收集的数据已通过位于MSF-Epicentre的REDCap电子数据采集工具进行收集。
