3D ED/MicroED data of zeolite STW lamellae FIB-milled to different thicknesses: 100 nm, 130 nm, 210 nm and 350 nm. 3D ED data was acquired using a Themis Z microscope (Thermo Fischer Scientific) operating at 300 keV, equipped with a Timepix Cheetah (Amsterdam Scientific Instrument) hybrid pixel detector. Data was collected at identical crystallographic orientation for each thickness, using a tilt range from -45 to 45° and data collection speed of 0.3°/s. Each frame had an exposure time of 0.01s, resulting in an oscillation range of 0.03° per frame.
