The repository includes: Whole-exome sequencing data (anonymous) deposit in NCBI SRA (Accesion: SRX27121515). Supplemantary tables with primer specifications, PCR assay conditions, and coverage values of colorectal cancer driver genes. These data support the findings reported in the manuscript submitted to GENE.
