Exposure to neonatal hyperoxia is associated with brain injury and poor neurodevelopmental outcomes in preterm infants. Our goal was to determine the pathogenic role of GDMD in hiipocampal in injury in newborn mice Newborn GSDMD knockout mice and their wildtype littermates were randomized within 24 hours of birth to room air or hyperoxia (85%) from postnatal day 1 to 14. Samples were collected on P15.

新生儿暴露于高氧环境与早产儿脑损伤及不良神经发育结局密切相关。本研究旨在明确GSDMD(Gasdermin D)在新生小鼠海马体损伤中的致病作用。新生GSDMD敲除小鼠及其野生型同窝幼鼠于出生后24小时内被随机分为两组,分别于出生后第1天至第14天暴露于空气或85%浓度高氧环境,于出生后第15天(P15)采集样本。
