Single-nucleus RNA-seq Dataset of Excitatory Neurons from Cux2-Null Mouse

This repository contains processed single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) data from neurons isolated from the P26 Cux2 Null mouse model, provided as an AnnData (.h5ad) file. The dataset was generated to investigate how DNA damage burden and neuroinflammation contribute to selective loss of CUX2-expressing neurons. The data support the analyses presented in “DNA damage burden causes selective CUX2 neuron loss in neuroinflammation”. The .h5ad file includes normalized gene expression matrices and accompanying metadata, such as sample identifiers, experimental conditions, and neuronal cell-type annotations. This dataset may be reused for studies of neuronal vulnerability, DNA damage responses, and neuroinflammation-related transcriptional changes.
