Full dataset for Single Tree analysis

All samples were taken from a single mature European Beech tree (<em>Fagus sylvatica</em>) located in the grounds of Silwood Park, Ascot, UK (51° 24’ 29.52”, −0° 38’ 42.72”). 10 treeholes were samples were collected from November 2014 to November 2015. <br> A subset of the data was used in Rivett <em>et al.</em> 2021 10.1038/s41396-021-00976-0 in which can be found the full methodology. <br> Extra data includes associated Rainfall sequencing and co-eluted RNA samples. RNA was coverted to cDNA using random hexamer RT-PCR prior to 16S amplification and sequencing. Full details available from the author.
