Individual and relatedness data for great tailed grackles from Tempe, AZ USA 2019

There are two files presenting data for 62 great tailed grackle (Quiscalus mexicanus) individuals from Tempe, AZ USA. The first file has information on the sex, age stage, and trapping location for each individual, the second file has single nucleotide polymorphism data from 635 loci generated using ddRAD sequencing.

The data are part of the publication "Investigating sex differences in genetic relatedness in great-tailed grackles in Tempe, Arizona to infer potential sex biases in dispersal".
