Sea2Cloud - Tangaroa - ASIT - PTRMS - Level 1

ASITs (Air-Sea Interface Tanks) are an experimental set-up consisting of two 1.83m3 chambers half filled with seawater from the Chatham Rise area. Three experiment of two days each were lead with three different seawaters : Subtropical, Subantarctic and frontal seawater. Clean marine air was continuously flushed in the chambers and analyzed at the outlet, resulting in a 40 minutes residence time. A single gases and aerosols instrument set was used for both ASITs, ambient and flushing air through a four-port entrance electrovalve switching every 20 minutes. The full set-up is described in Sellegri et al. 2023, Rocco et al. 2021 and Chamba et al. 2023. This file contains data for the ASIT-control obtained by PTR-MS (Proton-Transfert-Reaction Mass Spectrometer). Each column is named after the main VOC of a mass unit.
