World Bank Country Policy and Institutional Assessment (CPIA) scores for 39 IDA-eligible Sub-Saharan African countries across all 16 criteria and 4 clusters, 2006–2024. Compiled from World Bank CPIA Africa Reports and the World Bank Open Data portal. Disaggregated by cluster (A: Economic Management, B: Structural Policies, C: Social Inclusion, D: Public Sector Management and Institutions) and by individual criterion. Used to test the MTI-CPIA alignment claim in the DPO isomorphic mimicry analysis and to document the flat 3.1 SSA average across 18 years.
