Repository: Zenodo Archive Draft Abstract This paper bridges classical macroscopic electrogravitics with discrete spatial lattice mechanics. By analyzing the empirical observations and laboratory notes of Thomas Townsend Brown (1955–1956), we translate his classical formulations of mass, isotopes, and asymmetric potentials into a rigorous mathematical framework governed by a discrete hexagonal lattice and a \text{Mod } 9 invariant. We establish that phenomena such as anomalous heat generation, inertial-gravitational non-equivalence (g/i \neq 1), and unidirectional reactionless thrust are manifestations of phase drift accumulation, coordinate density compression, and thermodynamic dissipation mediated by a 7-cycle periodic break.
