Abscisic acid (ABA) is an important endogenous hormone in plants. ABA antagonist could act as seed germination promopter. Our goal is to compare the influence of different chemicals to the transcriptome and gene expression. Ten-day-old Arabidopsis WT (Col-0) seed seedlings were mock-treated or exposed to 0.5%DMSO, 50 uM ABA, 50 uM DBSA (a synthetic ABA antagonist) or 50 uM ABA and 50 uM DBSA for 3 h. The antagonistic effect of DBSA was studied by comparison transcriptome date with ABA.
