Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: CartoPLU 2020 Ile-de-France: Areas of planning documents

CartoPLU is the gathering of vectorised zoning of urban planning documents (PLU, PLUi, POS or CC) of Île-de-France, from the Urbanism Geoportal (GPU) present on 01/02/2020 and supplemented by those produced by the DDTs and departmental units of the DRIEA until November 2017. It consists of four tables:
— urban planning documents and their origin
— zoning of urban planning documents
— the requirements of planning documents
— the link between commune and town planning document

This representation provides an overview of urban planning documents and has no legal value in any way. Its main objective is to assist the State services in their studies. It does not consist of the most recent data but ensures temporal consistency between the different elements of the same planning document, in particular the zoning tables and prescriptions.

CartoPLU数据集汇集了法兰西岛大区截至2020年2月1日的城市规划文档（PLU、PLUi、POS或CC）的矢量化区划数据，数据来源包括城市规划地理门户（Urbanism Geoportal，GPU），并补充了2017年11月前由DDTs及DRIEA各省级部门单位编制的区划数据。该数据集包含四张表格：

本数据集仅用于展示城市规划文档概况，不具备任何法律效力。其核心目标是为政府部门的研究工作提供辅助支持。本数据集并非最新数据，但可保障同一份规划文档的各组成要素（尤其是区划表格与管控要求）之间的时序一致性。
