Reproducibility package for: Public ocular omics analysis prioritizes complement/coagulation and extracellular matrix programs in diabetic retinopathy

This repository contains the reproducibility package for the manuscript "Public ocular omics analysis prioritizes complement/coagulation and extracellular matrix programs in diabetic retinopathy". The package includes analysis scripts, derived result tables, figure source data, software/version manifests, and documentation needed to reproduce the axis-level evidence maps and manuscript-facing summary outputs. The study used publicly available human ocular omics datasets from GEO, PRIDE/ProteomeXchange, and HCA/CZ CELLxGENE. Raw public datasets are not redistributed in this package; they should be obtained from the original repositories using the accessions cited in the manuscript. Included materials cover: source-data tables for the main figures and supplementary figure; axis-level prioritization results; GSE165784 marker-program summaries; same-gene proteomic availability summaries; manuscript-generation evidence tables; and reproducibility manifests. This package supports transparent review and reuse of the derived analysis outputs. It is intended for reproducing the reported figures and summary tables, not for redistributing the original public omics files or replacing the original repository records.
