Gene expression profile at single cell level of Tendon at neonate or adult sample with or without injury

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seg) to analyze the diversity of tendon cells at different ages with or without injury. W Overall design: We compared the gene expression profiles of cells isolated from control and injury tendon tissues both in neonatal period (postnatal day 3, P3) and adult (6-8 weeks).
