Supporting data for: Clinical Research Landscape, Results Transparency, and Registry–Publication Concordance in Keratoconus: A ClinicalTrials.gov Registry-Linked Study, 2005–2026

This dataset contains the supporting materials for the study “Clinical Research Landscape, Results Transparency, and Registry–Publication Concordance in Keratoconus: A ClinicalTrials.gov Registry-Linked Study, 2005–2026.” The study provides a registry-based landscape and meta-research analysis of keratoconus-related clinical research registered in ClinicalTrials.gov between 2005 and September 28, 2026. The frozen analytic cohort comprises 322 eligible studies selected from 338 candidate records. The deposited materials support analyses of the clinical research landscape, study characteristics, thematic classification, registration timing, structured ClinicalTrials.gov results availability, primary-publication recoverability, study maturity, funding characteristics, and registry–publication concordance. The deposit includes the frozen analytical workbook, thematic classifications, results-recoverability analyses, registry–publication concordance outputs, manuscript-ready analytical summaries, and documentation describing the deposited files. Study-level registry information was derived from publicly available ClinicalTrials.gov records. Publication-linkage information was derived from publicly available bibliographic and journal sources.
