Sponge species identity and architecture shape occupancy patterns of a Caribbean sponge-dwelling goby (Elacatinus horsti)

An R studio project that includes original transect survey data files used toexamine the influence of sponge species and architecture on resident fish (goby) occupancy. Associated R code in Script folders 1-3 used to test for differences in goby-occupied sponge abundance across different sites, and test for the effects of different sponge characteristics on goby occupancy and group size.
