Data for: Seasonal and interannual dynamics of estuary connectivity along the California coast

This dataset contains site metadata, area-of-interest polygons, image labels, image-level model predictions, and daily connectivity predictions for 66 intermittently closed estuaries along the California coast from 2017-2025. Labels are provided separately for PlanetScope imagery, SkySat validation imagery, and PlanetScope imagery interpreted with water-level context. Predictions include image-level open-state probabilities, image-level low-quality probabilities, and merged daily connectivity states. Satellite imagery is not included. PlanetScope and SkySat source images are identified using `asset_id` values.
