In order to explore the effects of thiamine supplementation on ruminal bacteria community in dairy cows, thiamine was added in high grain diet. The bacterial 16S rRNA genes were sequenced by Miseq high-throughput sequencing and used to reveal the changes in bacteria community through comparing different treatments.
