6000plex CosMx data from PDAC tumors, as used in Figure 3 of Danaher et al. 2025, "InSituCor: exploring spatially correlations among genes conditional on the cell type landscape".This dataset was created for a different manuscript, still in preparation. To preserve the novelty of that manuscript, we have obscured gene names not appearing in the InSituCor paper.
