Combined in vitro and in vivo Mtb datasets with 100nM, 1µM, or 10µM activity cutoffs

1) Compiled Mtb activity datasets (TB_full_consolidate_Threshold X.sdf, 18,886 cmps) from many different experimental groups. These data were used as a training set for multiple Bayesian models. The activity (binary) cutoff is either 100nM, 1µM, or 10µM. 2) Compiled Mtb activity datasets (TB_2017_X.sdf, 153 cmps) from ten different experimental groups that were published in 2017. These were used as a training set for multiple Bayesian models. The activity (binary) cutoff is either 100nM, 1µM, or 10µM.
