The uploaded dataset contains the raw experimental data supporting the findings of the study “Manufacturing Scale-Up of Bare Iron Oxide Nanoparticles”. Data are organized in five main directories corresponding to the analytical methods employed:
DLS_ELS: Contains raw data of hydrodynamic diameter and zeta potential obtained via dynamic and electrophoretic light scattering. Data are provided for all synthesis volumes (0.5 L, 2 L, and 10 L) and washing methods (Manual Magnetic Washing, MMW; and Automated Magnetic Washing, AMW) at pH 7. Measurements were performed in triplicate.
TEM: Includes transmission electron microscopy (TEM) micrographs of each sample and corresponding particle diameter distributions for 100 particles per replicate.
SQUID: Contains magnetic characterization data derived from Superconducting Quantum Interference Device (SQUID) magnetometry for 0.5 L, 2 L and 10 L Synthesis with post-synthesis treatment either MMW or AMW.
FT-IR: Provides Fourier Transform Infrared (FT-IR) raw datapoint table for all replicates for each sample.
RSMS: Includes online monitoring data recorded during the automated washing process using the Rotor-Stator Magnetic Separator (RSMS), comprising conductivity, pH, density, temperature and flow rate
