Data analysis for thin films measurements

This repository contains all necessary data and data-analysis scripts to reproduce all data-based figures appearing in the article Controlling deposition and characterising dynamics of thin liquid films with high temporal and spatial resolution (Grégoire Le Lay, Adrian Daerr). The data is stored in both raw format and visualization-friendly format. The scripts are in form of Python scripts (.py) and notebooks (.ipynb). The required Python packages are specified in the conda-requirements.txt file. To use this repository: extract the file thin_films_measurements.zip in a new directory and follow the instructions on the file README.md. Complementary information including more experimental data, additional vizualizations, detailed explanations and justifcations for the numerical methods used as well as complementary observations and computations are available upon contact with the authors: gregoire.le-lay [at] u-paris.fr and adrian.daerr [at] u-paris.fr.
