Kaistia sp. 32K was isolated from the soil as a co-culture with Methylobacterium sp. ME121 and the lipopolysaccharide (LPS) derived from 32K by co-culture accelerates the swimming speed of ME121. Here, we report the genome sequence of this bacterium, which may be the basis for the research of the relationship between accelerated motility and LPS.
