Cityworks Service Requests

A table of service requests from Cityworks, the municipality's work order management system. This data includes attributes of service requests recorded in the Cityworks system, including the types of requests, when they were received and closed, where they occurred, and how they were resolved. This dataset must be used in conjunction with the Cityworks Service Requests Custom Fields dataset, REQUEST_ID can be used to relate the two tables, with a one to many relationship between service request and custom fields.
