Sleep phenotyping in a rat model of susceptibility to substance use disorders

This dataset comprises raw electroencephalography (EEG) recordings collected over 24 hours from male Marchigian Sardinian alcohol-preferring (msP) rats and Wistar control rats. The data were used in the article "Sleep phenotyping in a rat model of susceptibility to substance use disorders" to investigate sleep-wake architecture and EEG spectral activity differences between the two rat lines.
