(XXX) It’s not easy being green: Population genomics and species boundaries in sexually deceptive greenhood orchids (Pterostylis; Cranichideae) Unzip this directory to a folder of your choosing and then open p_macrosepala_combined_analyses.R and follow the instructions contained therein. Be sure to change the directory paths in the script to point to the folder that you have unzipped.
