Shapefiles with water detected in the middle Magdalena Valley, Colombia, between 1984 and 2020.Shapefiles were obtained from Landsat and Sentinel 2 imeges in Google Earth Engine. A median image for every year was constructed and then a modified NDWI filter was used to extract water from the images.
