SARI notifications for the state of São Paulo (SIVEP-Gripe database)

SARI notification data from the Influenza Epidemiological Surveillance Information System (SIVEP-Gripe), which provides a national, anonymized, individual-level database of SARI cases. The national individual-level data can be also be freely downloaded from the Brazilian open data portal (https://dados.gov.br). Here, there are weekly updated queries for São Paulo state from 05/2023 to 10/2024. For each notified case, the data on symptom onset (DT_SIN_PRI), notification date (DT_NOTI), reporting date (DT_DIGITA), and regional health district of residence (DRS) were extracted.
