Next-generation sequencing analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (Control mice vs systemic Candida albicans-infected mice)

To investigate the gene expression profilie of systemic Candida albicans infection(invasive candidiasis), we designed RNA-Seq analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells for Control mice(uinfected) and systemic Candida albicans-infected mice(infected for 7days). Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for Control mice and systemic Candida albicans-infected mice for 7 days.
