资源简介:

The Wound Ontology (WONT) is an OWL 2 DL domain ontology of wounds, wound assessment, wound classification and wound treatment. It is the domain layer over the Mid Layer Disease Ontology (MILD) and is aligned with BFO. In WONT, a wound is an injury that has part of the skin as one of its parts. Every injury is located in a subdivision of a cardinal body part (FMA). How deep a wound reaches is given by six layers of the Foundational Model of Anatomy: epidermis, dermis, subcutis, fascia, muscle and bone. WONT takes these from the same FMA release as the Ontology of Flaps (OFL). A bridge file binds FMA’s part relations to OFL’s part relation and to BFO’s, so that a defect closed by a flap and the tissues of the flap are described with the same classes. WONT_0.1.0.zip contains files for the curated part of WONT only, the extended core is the output of a custom ontology learning pipeline.
