NRS-10557 | Register of gold lease applications [Warden's Office]

The information given in each register includes: local number of application; date of application; names of applicants; description of lease; area; amount paid; date of notice to survey; name of surveyor; and when sent to the Warden or Department. The final entry in volume 7/7972 has the notation "Transferred to new Register". This refers to volume 7/7973 of the series Registers of applications for leases (Mining Act, 1906) in which the first entry duplicates this final entry.(7/7971-72). 2 vols.
