High-throughput sequencing data of bacterial 16S rRNA genes in 192 shrub soil samples from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau

Here, bacterial communities of 192 root-surrounding soil samples from nine shrub species and thirty-two locations along a longitudinal gradient from the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau were investigated. High-throughput sequencing data for bacterial 16S rRNA genes were submitted as 384 individual files because they were paired-end sequencing results.
