Benthic microbe community taxonomy

Counts and relative abundances of archaeal, bacterial, and fungal taxa observed in benthic microbial communities from wadeable streams. This data product is a revision of the Benthic microbe community composition data product (DP1.20286.001), and has been modified to include updated programs and allow for enhanced comparison across all samples, regardless of site or collection date.
