RGB-D Particleboard Surface Defect Dataset

This dataset contains 1000 RGB-D image pairs of particleboard surfaces with annotated defects. Each sample includes an RGB image, a corresponding depth map, and bounding box annotations. The dataset covers six types of surface defects under complex textured backgrounds. It is designed for research on RGB-D industrial defect detection and multimodal learning. A larger-scale version of the dataset (approximately 4450 samples) will be released in the future.
