DP Slope Hazard (OpenData)

This entity defines inclined land subject to District Plan provisions for the geotechnical risks of mass movement, cliff collapse and rock fall that can occur during or as a result of an earthquake. This data is not suitable for the generation of lim comments due to its subjective nature and/or the probable inaccuracy of the geometries. lim comments should instead be generated via the ConsultantReport model which records details of and refers customers to the applicable engineering/geotechnical report for a specific area if such a report has been lodged with the CCC. This entity is intersected with RatingUnit to enable generation of property condition comments. It is spatially abstracted to an area.
