Supplementary Data for "Noradrenaline–β2 adrenoreceptor controls mitochondrial resilience to Parkinson's disease– associated risk factors"

This dataset contains bulk RNA-sequencing data generated from rat midbrain tissue following rotenone-induced neurodegenerative stress and treatment with the β2-adrenergic receptor agonist clenbuterol. Adult rats were assigned to two experimental groups: rotenone-treated (n = 6) and rotenone + clenbuterol-treated (n = 6). Midbrain tissue was collected following treatment, and total RNA was isolated for transcriptomic profiling by bulk RNA sequencing. The deposited data include the gene-level differential expression results used for the analyses and figures presented in the study.
