LC-MS Dataset for the Radiolysis of TODGA: Quantitative and Semi-Quantitative Analysis of Radiolysis Products at Various Absorbed Doses and Samples

This dataset contains original and processed data from the radiolysis study of the extractant TODGA using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS). The samples were subjected to γ-irradiation at various absorbed doses.The dataset comprises:Raw LC-MS data files: Original spectral data characterizing the fragmentation patterns and identifying the main RPs.Processed data files: Spreadsheets containing the quantitative concentration values of residual TODGA and semi-quantitative values of major RPs as a function of absorbed dose.These data support the analysis of TODGA's radiolytic stability, the determination of degradation mechanisms, and the calculation of radiolytic yields (G-values).
