VPRS 16057 Corporate Publications [Records Not Transferred]

This series comprises the corporate publication of the Department of Sustainability and Environment VA 4554 as published on the Department's website.The P1 consignment contains the annual report of the Department for the year 2005 - 2006.In order to proceed with the transfer of the P 1 consignment of this series to the Digital Archive, DSE used the WINVEO software to create VEOs ( VERS encapsulated objects) from the electronic records held in the DSE webserver. WINVEO facilitated the capture of the recordkeeping metadata and converted the objects into a long term preservation format. A "digital signature" was purchased by DSE to seal and authenticate the object.
