资源简介:
The dataset contains raw and processed measurements used to assess the short-term effects of cowpea (Vigna unguiculata [L.] Walp) cultivation and mineral fertilization on soil bacterial abundance and chemical properties in Sahelian conditions. It includes: Bacterial abundance data (bacterial_data) – Log-transformed quantitative PCR measurements of soil bacterial 16S rRNA gene copy numbers, recorded across different treatments, sampling periods, and soil depths. Soil chemical parameters (Soil_chemical_parameters_data) – Log-transformed measurements of pH, electrical conductivity, available phosphorus (P₂O₅), total nitrogen, and exchangeable potassium under various cropping and fertilization regimes. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dataset (PCA_data) – Integrated dataset combining soil bacterial abundance and chemical parameters used for multivariate analyses. R scripts (script_bacterial_abundance, Script_chemical_parameters, Script_PCA) – Scripts used to perform statistical analyses and data visualization in R, ensuring reproducibility of results. The dataset is provided in .xlsx format with multiple sheets, along with metadata describing each variable, units, and sampling design.
