对本公司生产的红茶进行抽样检测,检测项目黄曲霉毒素含量,黄曲霉毒素含量是其食品安全的重要指标,从而为红茶质量分析评价提供事实依据数据采集,随机抽取红茶成品,对该成品进行黄曲霉毒素含量进行检测。数据判定:黄曲霉毒素实测值不大于20μg/kg,则该成品为合格,X=0.0004×(V1/V2)×D×(1000/m):X为试样中黄曲霉毒素的含量,μg/kg,V1为样液浓缩后体积,,mL,V2为出现最低荧光样液的滴加体积,mL,D为浓缩样液的总稀释倍数,m为浓缩样液中所相当的试样质量,g,0.0004为黄曲霉毒素的最低检出量,μg。
A sampling inspection was conducted on black tea products manufactured by our company, with the detection target being aflatoxin content. Aflatoxin content serves as a critical indicator for food safety, and the acquired data provides factual evidence for the quality analysis and evaluation of black tea. Finished black tea products were randomly selected and tested for aflatoxin content.
Data determination: A finished product is considered qualified if the measured aflatoxin content is no greater than 20 μg/kg. The calculation formula is:
X = 0.0004 × (V1/V2) × D × (1000/m)

X: aflatoxin content in the test sample, μg/kg
V1: volume of the concentrated sample solution, mL
V2: volume of the sample solution with the lowest fluorescence that was added dropwise, mL
D: total dilution factor of the concentrated sample solution
m: mass of the sample equivalent to the concentrated sample solution, g
0.0004: minimum detectable amount of aflatoxin, μg
