We performed ATAC-seq and H3.3 ChIL-seq to underdatand dynamic change of chromatin accessibility and H3.3 deposition into genome during B cell differentiation. Overall design: ChIL-seq for H3.3 on naive B cells, activated B cells and PCs after LPS stimulation was conducted. ATAC-seq was perfomed in naïve B cells and LPS-induced plamsa cells. We also used B cells expressing GFP-H3.3 or control vector for ATAC-seq and ChiL-seq for anti-H3.3 or GFP antibodies.
