Land registration

The Digital Land Registration System is a register containing information on rights (rights, liabilities and burdens) and all real estate in Denmark, debts in motor vehicles and in housing shares, corporate mortgages, debts secured by other pledged effects, marriage contracts, persons deprived of capacity and wills drawn up before a notary. The system handles approximately 2.5 million reviews annually as well as approximately 250,000 daily requests. The existing system has integrations with the Central Person Register (CPR and CPR road register), the Central Business Register (CVR), the Vehicle Register (DMR), the Data Distributor (assessments and addresses) and NETS (MitID and payments). The system provides data to other public authorities, such as the Danish Tax Agency, the Register of Owners, the Danish Civil Service and the Danish Environmental Protection Agency.
