Spatial Distribution of Radium Isotopes and Nutrients in the Gulf of Mexico (June and September)
收藏资源简介:
This repository contains surface and bottom water geochemical data collected in the Gulf of Mexico during two sampling campaigns in June and September. The dataset was generated to investigate the impacts of coastal runoff and to trace cross-shelf nutrient transport dynamics. The spatial transect data captures seasonal variations in isotopic activity and nutrient loading across the continental shelf. Variables Measured: Radium isotope activities ($^{223}$Ra, $^{224}$Ra, $^{226}$Ra, and $^{228}$Ra) in dpm/100L. Nitrate and Nitrite concentrations (NO$_3$ + NO$_2$) in μM. Distance from the coast (km). Data Files Overview: Updated_NASA_data_submission.xlsx - Surface Data.csv: Geochemical and nutrient measurements collected from surface water sampling stations.
