File List Miller_and_Inouye_source.txt Miller_and_Inouye_figures.txt Description Miller_and_Inouye_source.txt contains R code for mating functions and for calculating mean (arithmetic or geometric) or pairwise differences between them across a specific response surface. Miller_and_Inouye_figures.txt contains R code to visualize mean or pairwise differences across the response surface. The "figures" script uses the functions in the "source" script.
