UNet-Gan based soil moisture data of Three River Source Region in history and four future emission scenarios

The data is obtained by merging and downscaling 17 CMIP6 datasets using a UNet-GAN network. The spatial resolution is 0.1 degrees, the temporal resolution is monthly, and there are five layers (0-10 cm, 10-30 cm, 30-50 cm, 50-80 cm, 80-110 cm). The time range for <i>historical.nc</i> is from 1950 to 2014, while <i>ssp1_2_6.nc</i>, <i>ssp2_4_5.nc</i>, <i>ssp3_7_0.nc</i>, and <i>ssp5_8_5.nc</i> span from 2015 to 2100. The <i>boundary_0.1.nc</i> file defines the range of the Three River Source Region, where a value of 1 represents valid data and a value of 0 represents invalid data. All data for the grid cells where <i>boundary_0.1.nc</i> equals 1 are valid data, and for the grid cells where it equals 0 are invalid data. The units is m³/m³.
